Refund Policy

1. Refund period
We offer a 30-day refund period from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within this period by contacting soporte@anddress.com.
2. Refund conditions
Refunds will be granted under the following conditions: • The request is made within 30 days of purchase. • The account has not abused the services (e.g., excessive access to premium features, mass avatar generation). • No fraud patterns or terms violations are detected. Refunds are processed by Paddle (our payment processor). Processing time is 5-7 business days.
3. Recurring subscriptions
If you have subscribed to a monthly or yearly plan (Pro, Couple, Family): • You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Subscription → Cancel. • You will NOT receive a refund for payments already made. • Future charges will stop immediately. • You will have access to your plan until the end of your current billing period.
4. Exceptions
No refunds will be issued in the following cases: • Change of mind after significant first use. • Unauthorized account access (user responsibility). • Technical issues caused by your device or internet connection. • Violation of our terms of service.
5. Contact for refunds
To request a refund, email soporte@anddress.com with: • Your registration email. • Purchase date. • Refund reason. • Transaction number or purchase ID (if available). Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide you with an update.
6. Policy changes
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately. We will notify you by email if there are significant changes.
