1. Acceptance of terms

By registering and using Anddress, you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, you may not use the application. You must be at least 16 years old to register (13 years old in the U.S. under COPPA). If you are under that age, verified parental consent is required.

2. Description of service

Anddress is a virtual wardrobe app that lets you manage, organize, and receive outfit suggestions based on garments you upload. The service includes free features and paid plans (Pro, Couple and Family).

3. Garment images and user content

Images you upload remain your property. By uploading them, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process them solely for providing the service (wardrobe organization, virtual try-on, outfit suggestions). We do not share them publicly without your consent.

4. Artificial intelligence

Garment analysis, avatar generation, and outfit suggestions are powered by third-party AI models (Google Gemini). Recommendations are informational only and do not constitute professional fashion, personal image, or style advice. Anddress is not liable for decisions made based on such suggestions.

5. Store recommendations (affiliate links)

Some product recommendations in the Shopping, Lo Quiero, and Feed sections include affiliate links. This means Anddress may earn a commission if you make a purchase through those links, at no extra cost to you. These are clearly labeled "Affiliate link". Our product selection is not influenced by these commissions.

6. Plans and payments

The free plan includes up to 20 garments and basic features. Paid plans include unlimited garments, AI analysis, virtual try-on, advanced suggestions, and multiple profiles. Payments are processed by a Merchant of Record: Paddle.com Market Ltd. is our primary payment partner and acts as the legal seller of the service. Paddle automatically collects and remits all applicable taxes (VAT/sales tax) based on your jurisdiction. We do not store credit card data; Paddle manages all payment information securely under PCI-DSS compliance.

7. Account cancellation and deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. This action is irreversible. Your personal data and images will be deleted in accordance with section 12.

8. Changes

We may update these terms with at least 15 days notice, notifying you by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without prejudice to the non-waivable rights granted by the local legislation of each user (including EU, Brazil, Mexico, and U.S. consumers). For legal inquiries or to exercise your rights: soporte@anddress.com.

10. Right of withdrawal and refunds

For subscriptions and digital services, withdrawal rights apply according to the law of your jurisdiction: • EU/EEA/UK: 14-day withdrawal right from purchase, EXCEPT if you have logged in and begun using the service (Pro, Couple, Family plans, etc.). Once the service is active, you lose the withdrawal right per Directive 2011/83/EU (digital services exception). • Colombia: 5-business-day withdrawal right, unless you have already used Premium services. • Brazil (LGPD): 7-business-day period, with same exception if service was already activated. • Other countries: in compliance with local law. **How it works:** to exercise your withdrawal right, you must request it before activating or significantly using the service.
